Adaptive Facilitation – DEMO

According to the concept of Dynamic Facilitation (by Zubizarreta and zur Bonsen), Adaptive Facilitation entails avoiding the linear guidance of discussions in the context of a meeting. Instead, it focuses on looking at complex and entangled problems as holistically as possible. The goal is to develop selective solutions while maintaining a comprehensive view of the challenge. Thus, at different points in the discussion, attempts are made to find a solution to that part of the problem. A holistic solution is usually difficult to find and implement, so one starts with a first step towards resolving it.
